Drive & results
Red
Gets to the point, loves pace, decisions and clear goals. Can come across as dominant — but usually just wants to move forward.
A leadership workshop
Or just surrounded by people who work differently than you?
A practical and entertaining leadership workshop about DISC, communication styles and why people so often misunderstand each other at work. With a light-hearted tone and useful tools, the workshop helps teams and leaders reduce friction, improve collaboration and build greater self-awareness.
“They might not be idiots. They might just be blue. Or red. Or yellow. Or green.”
Less friction. More understanding. Better collaboration.
01 / Why
In most teams, misunderstandings don't happen because people are incompetent, unwilling or difficult — they happen because people communicate, prioritise and react differently. DISC offers a simple language to talk about those differences without getting stuck in blame, irritation or personal conflict.
02 / DISC
We use DISC as a simple, visual and lightweight language to make sense of behaviour at work. It's not about putting people in boxes — it's about better conversations, clearer leadership and more precise collaboration.
Drive & results
Gets to the point, loves pace, decisions and clear goals. Can come across as dominant — but usually just wants to move forward.
Energy & relationships
Inspires, engages and thinks big. Can come across as unstructured — but often creates energy and opportunity.
Stability & care
Listens, supports and builds safety. Can come across as cautious — but is often what holds the team together.
Analysis & quality
Thinks things through, spots risks and looks for precision. Can come across as critical — but often safeguards the quality.
The point isn't to label people — it's to understand why the labels sometimes collide.
Mini-reflection
No test, no score, no personal data. Just a quiet wondering:
A playful reflection — not a scientific personality test.
DISC
DISC is a simple model for discussing different behavioural and communication styles. It is often used in leadership, team development and communication to build a better understanding of how people act, make decisions and collaborate.
Dominance
About drive, results, pace and clarity. Often associated with red.
Influence
About energy, inspiration, relationships and communication. Often associated with yellow.
Steadiness
About care, patience, listening and collaboration. Often associated with green.
Conscientiousness
About analysis, quality, structure and facts. Often associated with blue.
In short: DISC is not about labelling people. It is about understanding why we sometimes think, communicate and act differently.
Self-assessment
This is a simple DISC-inspired self-assessment designed to help you reflect on how you communicate, make decisions and collaborate with others. It is not a scientific personality test – it is a practical starting point for better conversations, self-awareness and teamwork.
This self-assessment is based on a DISC-inspired interpretation of the four behavioural styles: D/red, I/yellow, S/green and C/blue.
This is a simplified DISC-inspired self-assessment. It is not a certified DISC assessment and should not be used for recruitment, evaluation or decisions about people. Use the result as a conversation starter – not as a label.
Your answers are not stored. This self-assessment is only used for reflection and workshop dialogue.
03 / Outcomes
Understand your own communication style and how it might land with others.
Learn to adapt how you communicate to different people and situations.
Get practical tools for leading different behavioural styles without creating unnecessary friction.
See how everyday conflict often comes down to different needs, pace and language.
Understand why some want to talk, some want to decide and others want to think it through once more.
Build a light but powerful way of talking about behaviour and collaboration.
04 / Format
The workshop moves between short theory blocks, personal reflection and group exercises. The pace is high, the tone is warm, and everyone leaves with something they can use the next day.
Why people misunderstand each other and why behavioural styles matter in leadership.
A clear walk-through of the red, yellow, green and blue communication styles.
Participants reflect on their own style, strengths and possible pitfalls.
Practical exercises using real situations from your everyday work.
How to lead, motivate and communicate with different behavioural styles.
The team agrees on concrete behaviours to try out right after the workshop.
05 / Audience
Tone
The workshop uses humour as a door-opener, but the goal is entirely serious: better communication, deeper self-awareness and stronger collaboration. We laugh at the recognition — never at the people.
Book a workshop that helps leaders and teams understand themselves, each other and why some meetings feel longer than they really are.
